Brookwood Capital Partners offers a creative approach to deal structure and finance founded upon a combined 35 years of commercial real estate experience and a base of knowledge of all facets of the real estate industry.
BC Construction Group is a design-build general contractor. Our key management personnel has over 80 year of combined experience in industrial, commercial and retail projects throughout the nation.

Construction Services
Whether the assignment at hand is an in-house development project or a third party engagement, we focus on value, quality and schedule. We travel across the nation on small to large projects with the understanding that every project is important to our clients.
Built on Performance:
We are built on performance to quickly bring a project from concept to completion. With our strategic partners we have the ability to find a site, move through the design and municipal processes, onto construction and through project completion. In many circumstances we can break ground in less than 90 days and enjoy the challenge of aggressive schedules.
Cost Control:
We will deliver a guaranteed maximum price very early in the process with baseline documents in advance of our competition. We also believe in minimizing change orders and pushing solutions to drive the job. We understand that the best job is a job without a change order.
Site Selection / Pre-Construction Activities:
We have been working with developers and real estate professions for over 20 years and we pride ourselves with helping owners find the best site for their needs, we are typically responsible for all soil evaluations, utility evaluations, flood plain evaluations, pre-construction services and managing municipality approval processes.
